Start with your current agreement
Bring your outstanding balance, remaining term, interest-rate arrangement, insurance costs and latest mortgage statement. We consider the current commitment before exploring alternatives with partner lenders.
Compare the cost of changing
Switching lenders may involve early repayment charges, a valuation, registration costs and changes to associated products. Any potential reduction in the monthly payment should be considered alongside those costs and the total repayment over time.
Make a decision on evidence
A transfer requires a new lender’s assessment and approval. We explain the proposals received and their conditions. We do not promise savings: sometimes keeping the current agreement is the more suitable outcome.
